Casey Anthony - NOT GUILTY in The Death of Caylee Marie Anthony, Her Daughter

Today Casey Anthony was found NOT GUILTY of all charges in the killing her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony. She was however found guilty on four counts of providing False Information to Law Enforcement which was obvious. The jury may have found her NOT GUILTY but it doesn't mean they believe she is innocent, they just followed the law and the instructions given to them by Judge Perry. PERIOD.

I had a feeling that she was going to be found not guilty because there was NO EVIDENCE LINKING Casey Anthony to the death of her daughter. Just because she told a thousand lies, which she had been telling for over two years does not make her a murderer.

I blame the Prosecution for not charging her with lesser crimes. Why didn't they charge her with "not reporting a missing child or negligence of a child?" Why did they go for the kill? Why didn't they go for life in prison?

I blame the police for not doing their job initially when Roy Cronk called the poice.. They should have told Cronk to stay put and gone to investigate. Unfortunately because of their negligence, all of the evidence was lost.

Yes she most likely killed little Caylee but how? Everything we heard is speculation. The Coroner's office did not provide a cause of death or even know when Caylee died.  They said it was a homicide but how can they say that with a fully decomposed body.

There was NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE to "LINK" Casey to Caylee's death!

Casey's DNA was NOT found on the duct tape. Yes it was rare duct tape but "WHO" put it on Caylee?

There were NO fingerprints.

There were NO VIDEOS OR PHOTOS showing Casey committing the crime.

There was NO evidence that "SHE" looked up chloroform. Are you the ONLY ONE who ever uses your computer? I can say no to that one because many people use my home desktop, laptop and iPad.

Some witnesses said there was chloroform in the car and others said there wasn't, so which is it?

The family said they brought the car with the stain already in it. The prosecution was trying to say the stain was Caylee. Was the stain there before or not? Which is it?

Some witnesses smelled decomposing matter, others didn't, so which is it?

Lying does not make you a murderer. Partying does not make you a murderer.

Questions: Why didn't she call the police when her child was allegedly missing? Like her lawyer said, Caylee was NEVER missing. Casey new exactly what happened BUT just because her lawyer defended her and got her off is not his fault. He was doing his job.

Let's remember THE DEFENSE DOES NOT HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHING. It is up to the Prosecution and all they proved was that she was a liar!

I personally believe Casey killed that beautiful little girl but belief and facts are two different things. I believe she might have been so angry when she had the argument with her mother and little Caylee added to that anger which might have cause Casey to beat her which caused little Caylee's death and therefore had to dispose of the body the way they disposed of their dead pets.

I don't believe her father molested Casey or had anything to do with Caylee's death.

She might be covering for a boyfriend, like the one who posted the chloroform comment on his social site but then I would ask why would she do that if a boyfriend accidentally or purposely killed the baby? Could he have threatened Casey? Could she have been that fearful to not say anything? Not to keen on this theory.

How do we know there really wasn't a baby sitter who committed the crime and left the country?  

How do we know she really isn't innocent?

WE DON'T KNOW! That is the problem. So many people are on death row who are innocent but have been convicted because of "CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE" or because prosecutors withhold evidence that would exonerate the defendant. Only those involved and GOD know the real truth!

Any money bet if it was YOU on trial for your life on circumstantial evidence you would complain about it.

The media loves to say someone is guilty even before they have gone to trial. The media loves to see people bickering against each other. Just watch and see how they are accusing the jurors of being brain dead, of saying they ignored the evidence, etc. They just want the ratings and attention.

What we know is that an innocent beautiful little angel has died. We don't know how, we don't know why. We know she was dumped like trash but that is the extent of it. We may all believe this or that, we all have speculation about how it happened or what happened or who may have done it BUT we DON'T KNOW THE TRUTH! Plain and simple.

So to judge someone for what we believe, is wrong. God said "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-2

Let's not forget sentencing is Thursday and hopefully Judge Perry will NOT give her time served and leave her in jail for another year to complete the time she received for Providing False Information to Law Enforcement.

One more thing, recently Michael Duggan's mother has been contemplating that Caylee might be her son's daughter. If this is fact and she could prove it based on DNA evidence, she could probably get an attorney and sue Casey through Civil Court for wrongful death of her grand-daughter. I believe she should get legal advice on this but wait as long as she can in order for Casey to start making money through her book and story deals which we know she is going to do.

Caylee Marie Anthony, rest in peace for you will receive justice because God will make it right and who ever did this to you will pay one day.

Mid-Term Elections Next Week

The mid-term elections are a couple of days away and should prove very exciting. On election day in November 2008 there was elation around the country and around the world because Americans elected their first black president with a promise of hope and change. The media was also enthralled by a young and well-spoken individual.

It now seems that love affair is over. In the almost two years that he has been president, our country has continued to lose jobs and lose their homes. The foreclosure crisis continues. The government has taken over several car companies and banks, it has spent billions of dollars on bailouts and stimulus packages. It has passed a health care bill which more than half the country opposed. He has divided our country by class and by race, opposite of what he campaigned for during his run for president.

On November 2, 2010 Americans will vote conservative because they know all the Democrats want to do is spend, spend, spend and tax, tax, tax. I believe the people are starting to see through the facade of the Democratic Party, they only care about their power.

Let's hope we see some real hope and change that the American people can finally begin with because we are not only headed for the ditch we are headed for the cliff.

Rooting for Rubio in Florida, O'Donnell in Delaware, Fiorina in California, Miller in Alaska, Palladino in New York, Rossi in West Virginia, Angle in Nevada.

We Must Never Forget September 11th

September 11th is just around the corner. It has been nearly nine years since we were attacked on that beautiful summer morning where the sun was glistening through the World Trade Center, our Twin Towers in downtown Manhattan. A day that has been forever etched into the mind of many across this country especially those who have been most impacted from the death of their loved ones by such a cowardly act of terrorism. My prayers go out to all those who have suffered and still grieve for those lost.

This September 11th will most likely cost more pain to those who have suffered because there is a controversy brewing on an "Islamic Cultural Center". Why do these individual insist on building this 13 story mosque in the vicinity of sacred ground? When there's already another mosque several blocks away, why not renovate that mosque? Why did the developers reject Governor Peterson's offer to help them with the state property they would need? What exactly will this cultural center encompass? Will anyone, even non-muslims be allowed to enter this center? Who are the financial donors to the project?

Governor Patterson stated he had no objection to the building of the mosque and neither do many Americans. The problem Americans have is the insensitivity of these individuals who want to build this center toward the people who have suffered the loss, which includes those closely affected and America itself. Peterson said he's "very sensitive to the desire of those who are adamant against it to see something else worked out." Kudos to Peterson which the Democrats wanted to push out but he stood his ground. Even Harry Reid, the most liberal Senate Majority Leaders said the mosque should be built somewhere else but I attribute that to his poll numbers and a political ploy to try and score some points with Americans.

When President Obama endorsed the Ground Zero mosque I believe he may have put the final nail in the coffin. All of a sudden the First Amendment works for him because it has to do with muslims while he's hosting a Ramadan dinner for them! Wrong Mr. President! You have gone against the American People once too many times and I'm sure they can't wait for the November mid-term elections and 2012.

The American people are not saying muslims don't have a right to build their mosque, they are just saying NOT THERE! Build it somewhere else! Besides even the New York Post reports that the grand opening for the center is slated for September 11, 2011. If this is true how is this trying to build "tolerance"? How would they feel if Americans were to build a Christian church in Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine or any other muslim country? They would NEVER let that happen. So why do Americans have to cave in to demands we don't approve of?

Americans need to wake up because there are many people, business and organizations that are using our own laws against us and it needs to stop. We need politicians who care more about our country then about lining their pockets or pushing their own liberal progressive agendas. We cannot continue to let politicians micro-manage our lives, grow government and constantly increase regulations to steal our freedoms. We cannot continue to let politicians make policy without the input of the American people. We cannot continue to let people and organizations tear the fabric of this country apart by pitting one group against another and taking away our Christian-Judeo history. Americans need to put God back into everything in this country and forget about offending others because if anyone is offending someone, it's those developers who want to build this cultural center near Ground Zero!

My Democratic Friends Were Right!

They told me if I voted for McCain, the nation's hope would deteriorate and sure enough there has been a 20 point drop in the Consumer Confidence Index since the election, reaching a lower point than any time during the Bush administration.

They told me if I voted for McCain, the US would become more deeply embroiled in the Middle East, and now, tens of thousands of additional troops are scheduled to be deployed into Afghanistan .

My Democrat Party friends told me if I voted for McCain, that the economy would get worse and sure enough unemployment is at 9.5%.

They told me if I voted for McCain we would see more "crooks" in high ranking positions in Federal government and sure enough several recent cabinet nominees and Senate appointments revealed resumes of scandal, bribery, racist beliefs and tax fraud.

They told me if I voted for McCain, we would see more "Pork at the trough" in Federal government and sure enough, 17,500 "Pork Bills" showed up in Congress since January 2009.

I was also told by my Democrat friends that if I voted for McCain, we would see more deficit spending in Washington D.C. and sure enough, Obama has spent more in just 120 days than all other Presidents combined - in the entire history of the good ole USA !!

Well, I voted for McCain in November and my Democrat friends were right...all of their predictions have come true!

Do You Think The Government Can Save You?

This was sent to me by email from a friend. Don't know if the dates or numbers are right but it does sound like the government. Create a program and let it go broke while we continue to pay for it through higher taxes and fees.

The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. They've had 234 years to get it right but it's broke and even though heavily subsidized, it can't compete with private sector FedEx and UPS services.

Social Security was established in 1935. They've had 74 years to get it right but it's broke and for the first time in history, social security recipients will NOT be receiving a cost of living increase.

Fannie Mae was established in 1938. They've had 71 years to get it right but it's broke. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. They've had 39 years to get it right but it's broke. Together Fannie and Freddie have now led the entire world into the worst economic collapse in 80 years.

The War on Poverty was started in 1964. They've had 45 years to get it right but $1 trillion of our hard earned money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor." It hasn't worked.

Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. They've had 44 years to get it right. They are both broke and now our government dares to mention them as models for all US health care.

AMTRAK was established in 1970. They've had 39 years to get it right. Last year they bailed it out as it continues to run at a loss!

This year a trillion dollars was committed in the massive political payoff called the Stimulus Bill of 2009. It shows NO signs of working. It's been used to increase the size of governments across America and raise government salaries while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create a single new private sector job.

"Cash for Clunkers" was established in 2009 and went broke in 2009. 80% of the cars purchased turned out to be produced by foreign companies and dealers nationwide are buried under bureaucratic paperwork demanded by a government that has not yet paid them what was promised.

So with a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that each and every "service" shoved down our throats by an over-reaching government turns into disaster, how could any informed American trust our government to run or even set policies for America's health care system which is around 17% of our economy?

Maybe each of us has a personal responsibility to let others in on this brilliant record before 2010 and then help remove from office those who are voting to destroy capitalism and destroy our grandchildren's future.

I hope you realize that the government is in it for the money and will throw us a bone every now and then but of course it will be a never ending bucket with a hole in the bottom so no matter how much they try to fill it up it will continue to drip us dry through government taxes, fines, fees, subsidiaries, etc., etc.

You get the point so lets make sure that 2010 sends a big message to ALL the politicians who have been lining their pockets with our tax dollars.

We need to clean house of those who have been there more than 5 years.

We need to get rid of those who don't abide by the Constitution of the United States.

We need to get rid of those who love their pork barrel spending and their lobbyist friends.

We need to get rid of anyone who does not want to balance the budget or cut spending.

We need to get rid of those who don't want to protect our borders and fight terrorism.

Notice I did not mention Republican, Democrat or Independent because there are bad apples in all of those groups. We need to remember that we are leaving our country to our children and grandchildren and we do not want to leave them with trillion of dollars worth of debt.
